Service: Gourmet Garlands, promise to deliver quality balloons decor and event designs using industry recognized brands and products.
Booking: Gourmet Garlands accepts bookings on a first come first served basis. In order to secure your date, a non-refundable 50% retainer is required at the time of booking. All invoices must be paid in full 5 days prior to the event date or your event may be forfeited.
Cancellation/Reschedule: In the event that your event is canceled the retainer will NOT be reimbursed but CAN be transferred to another date based on GG availability. All rescheduled events must take place within 1 year of the initial booking.
Rush Booking: Any event booked within 10 Days of the event day is subject to a minimal $75 RUSH FEE to cover the cost of expedited shipping, materials and labor.
Outdoor Events: For outdoor events please select light colored balloons as darker color balloons attract heat and can result in popping! Balloons will also undergo oxidation creating a matte like finish on the balloons. Please provide shaded or covered areas for the installation to yield the best results and lifespan of our creations. Understand that environmental factors will affect balloons including high winds, rain, extreme cold or hot temperatures can affect balloons. We will do our best to secure and prep all installments but will not be responsible for any loss of balloons due to these factors.
